How To Prepare
- Review your contact information and update anything that is out of date.
- Schedule bill payments and transfers before October 26 or after November 3.
- Plan ahead for limited access. TelComm will be closed Saturday, October 31 and Monday, November 2, with no mobile app access during the upgrade.

Important Changes to Existing Services
TransferNow: Members who currently use TransferNow to transfer money between TelComm and other financial institutions will need to reconnect their external accounts after the upgrade. Existing connections will not carry over.
Zelle®: Zelle® will no longer be offered through TelComm Credit Union. Instead, our new mobile app will offer a person-to-person transfer feature.
Here’s what’s on the way:
What to Expect on Launch Day
Beginning November 3, members will be able to access our new online and mobile banking experience!
- Online Banking: Members can access online banking the same way they always have by visiting our website at telcommcu.com and selecting Online Banking.
- Mobile App: Members will simply need to update their existing TelComm Mobile App to access the new experience. They should also make sure their phone is running the latest available software version to ensure compatibility.
Members will be able to use their existing Online Banking User ID when logging in to the new platform.
People Helping People Since 1940
For more than eight decades, TelComm Credit Union has grown, adapted, and evolved; always with our members at the center of every decision. New locations. New services. New members welcomed into our community. Each step forward has been rooted in the credit union philosophy of people helping people, and this new system upgrade is no exception. We have been building toward this moment for a long time, because that is what we do. We show up, we improve, and we deliver for the community that has trusted us since 1940.
