uChoose Rewards is a rewards program that earns you points for using your TelComm Debit Card and/or TelComm Rewards Credit Card. Participating is easy and at no cost to you. Simply register your card at uChooseRewards.com and start earning points!

Registered cards may convert the reward points to gift cards (ex. restaurants, gasoline, music etc.) or travel needs such as hotel, rental car, airfare, cruises and more! uChoose also offers you the opportunity to convert your points to merchandise like computers, video games, office equipment, garden supplies or best of all… CASH!!! FAQs

Do I need to register my card before I can start earning points?

Yes. You will need to register each TCU Debit Card and each TCU Rewards Credit Card to start earning points.

For example, you will have 1 User Name and Password for “Jack” Debit Card. A different User Name and Password for “Jack” Rewards Credit Card. A third User Name and Password for “Jill” Debit Card. A fourth User Name and Password for “Jill” Rewards Credit Card.

Once all cards are authenticated in the uChoose Rewards system, then you will be able to see the points earned by using just one “Jack” User Name and Password and one “Jill” User Name and Password.

To maximize your points earning power if you have both TCU Debit and TCU Rewards Credit Card, once all 4 cards in example above are registered with uChooseRewards.com then Link Account under your name in the top right corner of the screen once logged in to uChooseRewards.com.

How do I register my card?

Please visit www.uChooseRewards.com. You will see “New to uChoose Rewards?” with a link to register. Click “Register,” and then enter your card number(s). Once your card(s) is authenticated, it will ask you to create your User Name and Password.

Please note, you will have 1 User Name and Password for “Jack” Debit Card. A different User Name and Password for “Jack” Rewards Credit Card. A third User Name and Password for “Jill” Debit Card. A fourth User Name and Password for “Jill” Rewards Credit Card.

Once all cards are authenticated in the uChoose Rewards system, then you will be able to see the points earned by using just one “Jack” User Name and Password and one “Jill” User Name and Password.

How are points earned?

TCU Debit Card: Every $2.00 you spend, you will earn 1 reward point.

TCU Rewards Credit Card: Every $1.00 you spend, you will earn 1 reward point.

When can I redeem my points?

You must accumulate a minimum of 1,500 points before you may redeem your points. Points are posted the first of each month. It can take up to 60 days for your points to be credited to your account. Simply look for your “Total Points Available for Redemption” on the Point Details page, where you can also review your history. You may only redeem points online through uChooseRewards.com.

Can I combine my points?

Yes.

Example of husband and wife: Both members need to register their card separately on uChooseRewards.com to start earning points. Jack registers his Debit card individually and Jill registers her Debit card individually. Since they are both on the same joint checking account, points earned will be automatically combined on the uChoose Rewards site for Jack Debit and Jill Debit.

If you have registered multiple Debit cards or Credit Cards that are on different Share account numbers use the ‘Linked Account’ option on uChooseRewards.com to earn rewards faster to redeem rewards.

Do my points expire?

Points will expire 24 months after you earn them.

What will happen to my points if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will automatically be transferred to the new card. Once you receive your new card, you will need to re-register on the uChooseRewards.com website with a new Username and Password with your new card number(s).

What if I have questions regarding my uChoose Rewards account?

Online Chat: (Chat Now) with a uChoose representative is available Monday through Friday, 8 am – 8 pm Central Time.
“Chat Now” is initiated from the uChoose rewards home page footer labeled “Chat Now.”
Email: The cardholder can use the “Contact Us” hyperlink to submit an email to a uChoose representative.
