TelComm Credit Union continues to closely follow local, state, and federal guidelines as it pertains to the current COVID-19 pandemic. While we remain committed to providing our members the financial products and services they need, we must also ensure the credit union continues to operate in a manner that best protects the health and safety of our employees and members in an effort to prevent the ongoing spread of this virus. While TelComm has solutions for all your banking needs, recently it became necessary for all businesses, including ours, to temporarily modify how you obtain access to some of our products and services, while co-existing in the current, yet very challenging environment.
Protecting the health and safety of our employees, and members, is our greatest priority, thus our lobbies will continue to be temporarily closed for basic teller transactions until we have all of our lobby precautionary health measures in place. However, we will continue to make appointments for members who need to access safe deposit boxes or conduct more complex business, such as closing loans.
We ask that you not enter our lobby if you currently have a fever, or cough, or if you are not feeling well, however we will be glad to handle your account transaction(s) through our drive-thru lanes. When entering our lobby, we may request you to present identification if you are wearing a mask – or to remove your mask momentarily – for identification purposes, or to adhere to other protocols designed to protect you and/or our staff. Keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates. All of the following services are still conveniently available:
- TCU Internet Branch
- TCU Mobile App
- Mobile Check Deposit
- Online Bill Pay
- M-Teller Account Alerts
- Online loan applications
- 24/7 Teller Audio Line to check balances and transaction history (417.882.5409)
- Telephone Support
- Night Drops
We continue to find workable solutions for members who are going through a financial crisis as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic. These solutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis, so if you are experiencing financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss how we can assist you.
TelComm is here for you, and we remain focused on our founding principal of “People Helping People.” Again, if we can help you in any way, please feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to alleviate any financial concerns you may have at this time. We remain ‘neighbors helping neighbors’, as TelComm Credit Union has served our members during both adversity and prosperity for the past 80 years, and we will continue to do so for future generations to come.
