TelComm Credit Union continues to closely follow local, state, and federal guidelines as it pertains to the current COVID-19 pandemic. While we remain committed to providing our members the financial products and services they need, we must also ensure the credit union continues to operate in a manner that best protects the health and safety of our employees and members in an effort to prevent the ongoing spread of this virus. While TelComm has solutions for all your banking needs, recently it became necessary for all businesses, including ours, to temporarily modify how you obtain access to some of our products and services, while co-existing in the current, yet very challenging environment.

Protecting the health and safety of our employees, and members, is our greatest priority, thus our lobbies will continue to be temporarily closed for basic teller transactions until we have all of our lobby precautionary health measures in place. However, we will continue to make appointments for members who need to access safe deposit boxes or conduct more complex business, such as closing loans.

We ask that you not enter our lobby if you currently have a fever, or cough, or if you are not feeling well, however we will be glad to handle your account transaction(s) through our drive-thru lanes. When entering our lobby, we may request you to present identification if you are wearing a mask – or to remove your mask momentarily – for identification purposes, or to adhere to other protocols designed to protect you and/or our staff. Keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates.
