As we look toward warmer days ahead TelComm CU is thrilled to announce 2 facility projects on the radar this year.
Nixa Branch To Relocate
With the coming of spring, we will be relocating our Nixa, MO office from 338 N. Massey Blvd. in the Fountain Plaza Shopping Center to a new permanent building TelComm Credit Union owns located at 1564 N. Main St. in Nixa.
We anticipate being in the new Nixa branch location on May 1, 2023, assuming all the planets, contractors, communications and vendors align. The staff in Nixa is anxiously awaiting the opportunity to serve members in their new facility and we will have a ribbon cutting with the Nixa Chamber mid-May.
The new location has drive thru lanes and will have an ATM for the members to use 24/7 along with a night drop. The ATM located at the Fountain Plaza parking lot will be relocated to 1564 N. Main St. at the new facility.
New Operations Center To Come
A few years ago, the TelComm CU Board of Directors voted to purchase the vacant lot directly to the north (behind) of the main office at 2155 E. Sunshine St. which we did in the event we needed the space down the road. We are excited to share we will be breaking ground this spring on a new TelComm CU Operations Center directly behind the main office and expanding the parking lot around the future building.
The Operations Center will house operations staff on the second floor and will have a large training room on the first floor as well as office suites available for rent to tenants on the first floor. As time passes if we need to grow into the first-floor offices, we will have room to do so.
The current main office building will function as it currently does with a drive thru, night drop, loan officers and an ATM. The Operations Center will be a secure facility and will conduct no member transactions face to face.

As our credit union grows in members, assets and employees these transitions will give TelComm CU members and staff a more enjoyable experience and improved efficiencies will allow us to better serve you, our members, in the years ahead. We look forward to these developments and appreciate your patience and cooperation during the transition!
