We at TelComm Credit Union would like to thank all our members, new and longtime, for accompanying us on our most recent journey around the sun.
Happy holidays to you and yours, and our most sincere thank you for a wonderful 2022.
We look forward to partnering with you to make 2023 your best year yet!
Dear TelComm CU Members,
As I reflect on my second year as CEO of your credit union, I want to first express appreciation for the opportunity to continue to grow with this amazing organization. Working beside our staff and volunteers is an honor. Every day, I get to experience their commitment to keep you – our members – at the center of every action and decision. We are so grateful for each member who chose to place financial confidence with our TelComm CU family. We know you have financial options, and the fact that you chose to become a member of TelComm is a privilege we do not take lightly. Thank you.
This year, we have experienced the digital upgrade of multiple products, a new telephone system installation, an expansion of our support staff and the rollout of our new, fantastic member Contact Center. Whatever the challenge, we came through safe, sound, and stronger than ever. There is great promise ahead as well. In the coming year, we will break ground on a new Operations Center behind our Main office on E. Sunshine in Springfield to accommodate our growing credit union staffing needs, which will allow us to offer our members enhanced products and services. We are also looking forward to our Annual Membership Meeting in April, and I hope you will plan to join us in person.
As we enter our 83rd year, we do so in the spirit of collaboration – with humility and devotion to the more than 23,000 members and over $270 million in assets that we will safeguard in 2023.
Thank you for your trust in me and in our credit union. I wish you and your loved ones a joyful, healthy holiday filled with eager anticipation of an exciting new year on the horizon! Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year!
Very truly yours,
Jessica Shorney
